Uh, guys, I have shin splints. Help?
My sneakers are from a running store and have less than 100 miles on them. These compression sleeves did not help. I took ibuprofen before my run. They’re fine on long walks, it’s only after about 1 mile of running that the fiery pangs begin. I’m supposed to run a 10k in about a month and I’m displeased. I didn’t get them when I (half-heartedly) trained for my half last year so I’m pretty bummed out. Any tips?
