I had the distinct pleasure of being in New York for exactly seven hours on Sunday. And the last two were devoted to meeting these fine folks. It was a frigid day for this southern girl, but these people all trekked to Madison Square Park to have a snack with me. The plan was to eat Shake Shack, but after standing in the cold for 30 minutes I couldn’t handle it anymore and we headed to this place right down the street. In the long run venue didn’t matter I mostly just wanted to smile at these folks and laugh and gossip and just be near one another. Everyone is exactly as imagined. Jordan was such a good sport and waited with me for them and sat with us while we talked about nail polish and tumblr. While we were waiting anytime a girl around our age walked by he would ask if that was one of them. The internet is full of good people y’all, it really is.
